Dutch Nordic folk one-man band Gealdýr released a music video for the new song Jötunheimr.

The song is a reference to one of the Nine Worlds of Norse mythology, which are held in the branches and roots of the world tree Yggdrasil. It is the world of the giants. Jötunheimr is also known as Útgarðr (“beyond the fence” in Old Norse), a chaotic and wild world. It was described in the Poetic Edda as a world with deep, dark forests and mountain peaks forever touched by winter.

Jörg Schmitz was responsible for shooting the video.
