The Nordic and Oriental Folktronica one-man band Fuimadane released a new album, titled Óðr.
Jon Skarin, the Danish musician behind the project, is known for being prolific, not only for the songs he writes for Fuimadane, but also for composing bardcore and electronica. He brings his eclectic influences to his music by fusing Nordic, Oriental, Celtic, medieval and orchestral elements with electronic beats and ambience. Indeed, Skarin started his career as an electronic dance music-producer, as he explains in an interview given to RavenzCraft Arts.
He is also very much into musical collaborations, having already partnered with artists such as Herknungr, Corey Judd, Vingnir and Bakahira.
