Celtic folk metal band Tuatha de Danann released a lyric video of their new single The Tribes of Witching Souls, which will be on the EP with the same name.

The EP will be released by the label Heavy Metal Rock in March 2019, the year in which the band will celebrate 25 years of existence.

Vocalist and multi-instrumentalist, Bruno Maia, talked about the song.

“The lyrics are an affirmation by the band in singing the spirits and the magic of nature. We remember some characters and themes worked by the band in the past. We invite the listener to give this magical world a chance, to disconnect a little bit and ‘burn’ their inner demons.”

The band indeed recovered more of its mystical and festive side, mixing Metal music with Celtic and Irish Folk melodies, besides reinforcing in the lyrics the need to rescue the enchantment of the world in these modern times, a very noble mission indeed.

Membros

In the second week of December, the band is expected to release another single digitally. In addition to the two songs, the EP will include two other new tracks, two re-recordings as well as special guest appearances.
