Daemonia Nymphe released their new digital EP, titled Witches’ Lullaby.
The EP features five lullabies, sung in five different languages through the voices and whispers of the Japanese vocal artist Hatis Noit, the British/Portuguese singer and musician Victoria Couper, the British/Cypriot singer and songwriter Rey Yusuf, the Spanish singer and songwriter Priscilla Hernandez, as well as the band’s singer and instrumentalist Evi Stergiou. For such endeavor, the recording process took place in four different places: Tokyo (Japan), London (England), Navarra (Spain) and Thessaloniki (Greece), having Daemonia Nymphe’s own Spyros Giasafakis mixing it all along with Orestis Giasafakis.
Witches’ Lullaby was originally composed for the Shakespearean play Macbeth, which was performed in 2016 at the National Theatre of Northern Greece.
