Dutch Pagan Folk band SeeD released a new music video for Het Vergeten Volk, a song about the forgotten mythical creatures of the world.
Written from the perspective of the forgotten creatures of myth and folklore, Het Vergeten Volk (The Forgotten People) is a lament and a call to action to inspire the listeners to go and look for them, so that they will never be lost. It is also a portrait of the sorrow of losing one’s sense of belonging, thus becoming detached from the world. SeeD invites the listener to retrieve the childhood sense of wonder in order to overcome this feeling.
The lyrics are in Dutch, Irish and English as a way to celebrate the way folklore transcends language barriers.

Inspired by bands such as Omnia, The Moon and the Nightspirit and Faun, SeeD was founded in 2011 in Breda, Holland. Their self-composed songs talk about the world of the Ancient Fae, as well as the modern world of dreams and passions in life.
