The Finnish bands Ubbe and Visbur released Ragnars liv och död, a split EP that celebrates the legendary Viking king, Ragnar Lodbrok.

Using traditional Nordic instruments such as the jouhikko, the jawharp, ritualistic percussion, combined with layered vocals, the artists paid tribute to one of the most recognizable names of the Viking age.

Ragnars liv och död (“Ragnar’s life and death” in Swedish) is the debut by both bands and was released via the Finnish label Savo-Karelian Productions.
