Garmarna (Nordic Folk Rock – Sweden) released a new album, Förbundet, with 9 songs inspired by traditional Swedish folk music and Scandinavian ballads.

After more than 30 years of existence, Swedish Folk Rock pioneers and Swedish Grammy award winners come back with their seventh studio album, Förbundet (Connected). The release brings 9 songs that mix acoustic instruments with electronic elements (beats, loops and samples).

Apart from Emma Härdelin‘s unmistakable and beautiful voice, the album features the renowned guest musicians Maria Franz (Heilung, Euzen), Anders Norudde (Hedningarna) and Ulf Gruvberg (ex-Folk och Rackare). Förbundet was produced by Christopher Juul (Heilung, Euzen). and released on CD and vinyl by the French label Season of Mist.
