Catalan musician and songwriter Xavi Druantia (Pagan Folk) released a beautiful music video for The Hero, a song from his project Ancient Journey.

This is a folk version of Hector The Hero, a Scottish lament composed in 1903 by James Scott Skinner. Based on the musical arrangements made by Mike Oldfield in 1996, Xavi shows his multi-instrumentalist skills with the guitars, Native American flutes, Shruti box, hurdy-gurdy and synth for his own version of the tune.

Ancient Journey is his new musical project inspired by nature and several ancient cultures, like the Hindus, Celts, Native Americans and the Vikings.
